My Focus

I understand how even the basic day to day tasks can suddenly feel impossible.  How the burden of responsibilities and worries seem ever heavier on your shoulders. Maybe the thought of another day feels overwhelming, paralysing.

As a fully qualified counselling therapist, I prioritise on creating a warm and supportive atmosphere, this helps establish trust in the therapeutic relationship. From here we begin focusing and working through what truly matters to you…one session at a time.

What's Therapy

  • Talking therapies involve discussing thoughts, feelings, and behaviours with a trained professional to address mental and emotional challenges. These include Humanistic Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) amongst others.
  • Counselling provides a private and supportive therapeutic relationship for individuals to explore and address their current mental and emotional concerns. It may also include exploring past experiences that maybe influencing current thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.
  • Counselling sessions are private and confidential and are offered either in person (face to face), online video call or by telephone.
  • All settings should provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you to express yourself, gain insight into your emotions, and help you develop the best approach in improving your mental well-being.

Anxiety Disorders
